Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

• iCloud Data (CloudKit).
  Grid layouts, action definitions, multistep macros, optional profile display name and avatar. Stored in your private iCloud database; we never see the plaintext.
• Device Keychain.
  Apple-issued tokens used to authenticate with CloudKit and API keys for AI providers. We never see your Apple ID password or API keys.
• Support Emails.
  The email address and message you send when you contact us.

2. What We Don’t Collect

No advertising identifiers, no location tracking, and no third-party ad SDKs.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To sync your content across devices you own (when iCloud sync is enabled).
• To display your grids and actions inside the App.
• To troubleshoot issues when you email support.

4. Legal Bases (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you reside in the EU/EEA or UK, we rely on these legal bases:

• Performance of a contract — to provide the App and perform network actions you configure;
• Legitimate interest — to maintain, protect, and optimize the App;
• Consent — when you opt in to optional Firebase Analytics or grant Local Network permissions.

5. CCPA / CPRA Notices (California)

We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. California residents may request disclosure or deletion of personal data by emailing micahcrandell.dev@gmail.com.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us for prompt deletion.

7. Data Security

Data in transit is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS. AI API keys are secured in the iOS Keychain. iCloud content is encrypted by Apple's CloudKit infrastructure. While no transmission is 100% secure, we implement industry-standard safeguards.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

• CloudKit Content: Retained in your iCloud container until deleted in-app or via your Apple ID account.
• AI Keys & Conversations: Saved locally on your device; removed when you delete the app or clear history in-app.
• Local Telemetry: Managed locally in iOS app storage and cleared upon app uninstallation.

9. Your Rights & Choices

• Analytics Opt-Out: Toggle optional telemetry on/off at any time in Settings → Usage & Analytics.
• Delete Cloud Data: Purge CloudKit storage in Settings → Account → Delete Cloud Content.
• AI Key Management: Add, change, or clear your AI provider keys in AI Agent Settings.
• Local Network Access: Manage local network permissions in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network → Control-It.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Policy periodically. Material updates will be posted within the App and on our documentation website at least 14 days before taking effect.
