Last updated: July 17, 2026. These terms explain your use of SPREADD, subscriptions, AI features, family sharing, and important safety limits.
Use of SPREADD
SPREADD helps with meal planning, recipes, grocery lists, timers, family coordination, and AI-assisted kitchen organization. Use the app only for lawful personal or household purposes and only with content you have the right to use.
Apple Standard EULA
SPREADD is licensed, not sold, through the App Store. Your use of SPREADD is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and Apple Media Services terms. If these terms conflict with Apple's required App Store terms, Apple's required terms control to the extent required.
Food and Health Disclaimer
Recipe suggestions, nutritional values, allergy-related suggestions, substitutions, shopping lists, and timer guidance are informational only. Always verify ingredients, labels, allergens, nutrition, cooking temperatures, cook times, and food safety before relying on the app in a real kitchen.
AI Content
AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use AI-generated recipes, meal plans, substitutions, grocery lists, timers, and household actions. Do not rely on SPREADD as medical, nutritional, allergy, emergency, or professional advice.
User Content
You are responsible for the text, images, recipes, grocery items, meal plans, preferences, and other content you enter or upload. Do not submit illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive, private, or sensitive content that you do not have permission to process or share.
Family Sharing
If you create or join a household, shared content may be visible to other household members. Household owners can manage invites and members. You are responsible for choosing trusted household members and for the content you share with them.
Subscriptions and Billing
Personal and family subscriptions are auto-renewable in-app purchases billed through your Apple Account. Prices, renewal terms, cancellation, and refund options are shown by Apple at purchase and managed in Apple Account settings. Family plans enable household features; personal plans do not enable household sharing. AI access is subject to free-message and rolling 7-day service-protection limits.
Availability and Limits
SPREADD depends on device capabilities, network access, Apple services, Firebase, Gemini, and backend availability. Features may be unavailable, delayed, rate-limited, modified, or discontinued. Free accounts receive a limited number of lifetime AI messages; paid plans include rolling AI service-protection limits.
Account Deletion
You can request deletion of the current user's cloud data from Profile > Settings. Deleting an app account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription; subscriptions must be managed through your Apple Account settings.
No Warranty and Limitation
SPREADD is provided as available and without guarantees that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for every situation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPREADD and its developers are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on app content, AI output, unavailable services, or user-entered information.
