Ask for recipe ideas, substitutions, allergen-aware edits, and meal planning help. Chat can use selected app context and attached images when you choose to send them.
Seven-day meal plan
Arrange meals across an upcoming seven-day window and sync planned meals to Apple Calendar when you grant calendar permission.
Saved recipe library
Store recipes with ingredients, instructions, cook time, calories, difficulty, favorites, and optional images.
Grocery lists
Create and manage grocery lists in the app, then export unchecked items to Apple Reminders when you grant reminders permission.
Preferences and appliances
Save allergies, diets, dislikes, favorite cooking tools, and kitchen appliances so SPREADD can personalize suggestions.
Optional family sharing
Family plans unlock household sync for shared recipes, meal plans, grocery lists, member profiles, invites, and a shared AI usage pool.

Free AI starter limit
Free accounts receive 10 lifetime AI messages. Paid AI usage is measured over the last 7 days. Older AI requests stop counting as they pass 7 days old.

Analytics avoid user content
